Every code goes through a check against the actual provider's own official materials first, unverified copy-paste lists aren't good enough for us.

Generally the underlying service is free or cheap, with only a possible minor USSD session fee from your network provider, confirm the specifics with them.

We keep coming back to refresh it, correcting codes that change and calling out any provider that's closed shop, merged, or pulled its USSD service.
What should I do if a provider I use is missing?
